2020 - 2022 transformation
2 years of hard work! First year I hit a plateau of 155lb when trying to bulk and faced some struggles. Not many people understand that there will be struggles on the way to your goal but should never let it discourage you! I lost motivation and stopped going to the gym for a month and lost all my progress and had to learn to fall back in love with the gym. After I had came back i had to understand that I wasn’t where I left off and every ending is a new beginning! Ever since then I’ve been on a bulk working my butt off and am finally at 170lb after putting in the work of eating 4,500 calories each day and training 5 days a week heavy lifting!
It’s been quite the journey and am heading to 180lb!!! Can say it’s definitely not easy and have gone through many barriers on my way to my goals such as having days where I back track on weight and struggle to get all my calories in but every tomorrow is another opportunity to progress from where you’re at! My advice In the gym is to be patient, Rome wasn’t built in a day it takes time to get where you need and to sculpt the body you want it can’t happen overnight! Also one last thing how big would you dream if you knew you you couldn’t fail? The only thing stopping us is ourselves. Take one step in the right direction, and you’re half way there to Making the dreams come true!!!!
