A not recent study by Winwood et al. 2014 discusses injury epidemiology in strongman. I will be covering this and more in my presentation, “Build Superior Athletes and Clients Utilizing Strongman Methodology” with Chris Slater at the NSCA National Conference, NOLA, in July.
