Hello!!! My name is Aubrey Morris. I moved here from Savannah, GA, where I earned a Master's Degree in Sports Medicine and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA. Throughout my years of athletics, running, schooling, personal training, bootcamp instructing, and nutrtition counseling - I have become more passionate than ever about making people love life by being healt

hy and strong. You don't have to train for hours a day and eat a painfully strict diet in order to be healthy; nor should you be sedentary and subsist on processed foods with no nutritional value. You simply need to be active more days than you are not, strengthen your whole body in a variety of ways, and eat nutrient rich foods that will support how you want to feel! Morrison Fitness offers you personal or group training. Sessions are tailored are for ANY adult, whether you have been an athlete your whole life or you have never worked out a day in your life! Personal training takes an individualized approach to your fitness - your workouts are designs for YOU to get you exactly where you want to be! Want to bring some friends? Group training sessions are a possibility as well! You are capable of more than you think, and being a more healthy version of yourself is not as complicated as you may think. Ask yourself what you want - Get stronger? Do a full push-up? Do 50 push-ups? Run a mile? Run a 10k? Lose weight? Lean out? Build muscle? You can do it all. But not without a change. Way to go, Angelia Hagopian !! Angie has surpassed her 30lb weight loss goal, and with consistency and dedication to her workouts 2x a week, she is down 36lbs and still going at it!! She is now signed up for a 5k, and wants to start a running plan along with her training sessions. She has gotten SO much stronger ( although she keeps waiting for workouts to get "easier"- sorry, that won't happen because I won't let it!), and has put the effort into learning better nutrition and forming habits that fit her lifestyle. I am so proud, and can't wait to see what the next few months bring! Awesome job, lady!
