I am SO excited it’s finally October and with it Halloween and finally some cooler weather! This month Helen and Robin will be covering some classes for me, from the 16th to the 24th then when I return, I have not only Aerial Restorative, but it’s Halloween Week! Join me in dressing up for class and exploring some spooky shapes in the fabrics.

This Saturday, September 25th only, Aerial Basics 1 will be at 10am instead of its usual 1030! Class will be ending promptly at 11 as I have a personal matter to attend to. Aerial Yoga at 9am is unaffected.

There’s still plenty of time to sign up for classes on Wednesday 9.23 and Saturday! See you soon 🤸🏻‍♀️
