Beach trip, but apparently we packed the Asheville weather.

Rainy morning in Myrtle Beach and a 10:00 AM kickoff against the Charleston Outlaws.

No sunshine required. Just rugby.

Fantastic session to complete the first month of training. Extremely grateful to partner with Carolina Villains Women's Rugby to continue to develop skills and techniques. They are on track to defend the conference title!

Final session before the Iguanas make the trip to the beach to face many other competitive squads. We are excited for all the players in the region joining us this weekend. The scary clowns are heading to Myrtle Beach Rugby In the first round of the battle; we will be facing Charleston Outlaws RFC

In preparation for the road trip, we will be reviewing safety guidelines of how to recover from a jelly fish sting as well as training for rugby. All are welcome to join us!

Contact at practice! We aren’t here for a long time but we are here for a good time. Today, the session will review proper form and technique to defend yourself to stay safe during the tackle. Thrilled for the new guys to return today and looking forward to meeting many more!

Meeting adjourned! The 2026 season has arrived and we are thrilled for the upcoming trip to Myrtle Beach Rugby for the Annual Beach Bash to kick off our season. We will hold practice on Tuesday and Thursday at Roger Farmer Park at 6:30 PM. Come join the fun this week! No experience required.
