and make the choice to overcome whatever challenges they are going through. He's an expert in f*cking things up, and putting the pieces back together again. He is trained in Somatic EMDR, Trauma based coaching and Functional Nutrition that has allowed him to change his life and heal his own pain. He takes broken mindsets and becomes a problem solver to make people unbreakable. A former EMT/I and Trauma team technician, Jay has experienced some of life's most difficult challenges and has risen above them with determination and consistent self improvement.
