Another full 5 AM Form & Flow class and these ladies showed UP this morning. 🔥
Today we focused on prone work — and whew, it was TOUGH. But these foundational movements are such an important part of Pilates training. They help build core strength, back body awareness, stability, posture, and control that we continue to build on as you progress.
Sometimes the smallest movements are the ones that challenge you the most… and that’s where the growth happens. Proud of these women for pushing through the shake and putting in the work before the sun was even up. 💪✨
