6 months of pure dedication 🥉

Benji had never done Olympic Weightlifting until February of this year. His dedication and heart for these lifts are awe-inspiring. I’m so incredibly proud of him for not only learning something new, but also competing and getting immersed in a brand new environment. Keep kicking ass Benji 💪

A bunch of medals and a national championship later 🥇🥈🥉🏅

I’m so incredibly proud of this group of kids. Their dedication to the sport is unwavering. I’ve never seen such a young group put aside everything and dial in on aspects outside of training like sleep, nutrition, and mental health. One more world championship and regatta to go before everyone is officially in their offseason. Hypertrophy training is right around the corner 💪
