🚨🚨🚨Alert🚨🚨🚨 20yr old facility record has been broken by !!! She is the youngest female in our facility to squat 185 for 4 reps at only 13yrs old and 7th grade. The previous record was held by legend and longtime client with 3 reps at 185 in the 8th grade. Big congrats to Addison and all her hard work. You know she is special when she says her favorite lift is squats! She made that look really easy!

We would like to congratulate .woods_3 on completing his 500th training session today!! He has put in an incredible amount of work the past 2 years working with us and we could not be more proud of him!! He always has a smile on his face and pushes himself each and every time he is in the gym. At only 10 yrs old he has an incredibly bright future ahead of him.

Beast mode getting money! My man absolutely killed one of our $100 bounty challenges.

3 minute dead hang with one pull-up every 30 secs for a total of 6 pull-ups.

You see Dean Williams isn't like other incoming freshmen in HS. When he was in 6th grade he wanted to train so bad that he asked his parents if he could train at 5am before school!!!

He not only initiated training at 5am in my basement but got himself up 3 days a week and was waiting at my back door ready to go on time.

He even invited his friends to come and they got after it for a full year. He is now a regular in the gym and his presence is felt when he is around.

Fast forward and he has transformed himself into an absolute beast! He is not the biggest player on his team but he is one the toughest kids I have ever met.

Keep hammering Dean you are an inspiration to me and everyone around you!

5 years ago walked in the gym as a raw but hungry 8th grader wanting to make a difference on the football field. He set goals and broke them over and over and today was his last workout with us before he reports to this coming week. Sam is not special he is just consistent... He defied the odds by doing what others were not willing to do. He has an incredible work ethic and we couldn't be prouder to see the growth in his life both on and off the field. His willingness to selflessly serve his country speaks volumes of his character. Congrats brother you have earned it and
