We’re fully immersed in Reformer for the PSC teacher training! So proud of these guys, they conquered the modified Long Spine today and so much more. Learning the exercise, the purpose, and the reason. 🙌🙌🫶

This Scooter flow is amazing Control, stability, and Glute work. 1 light spring, 5 scooter, 5 knee down lunges, balance arabesque with 10 leg lifts…repeat the cycle without stopping 2 times.
