Lambert Girls Lacrosse is excited to welcome our new lacrosse coaches to the 2026-2027 school year, Coach Jen McConnell and Coach Kristyn Wakely!

Coach McConnell to the Lambert Girls Lacrosse program! Jen brings a lifetime of lacrosse experience as a former Division I player, high school coach, club coach, recruiting coordinator, and lacrosse mom. A former 4-year starter and 2-year captain at Wagner College in Staten Island, NY Jen also coached James Madison High School in Virginia to two state titles. She currently coaches with Eagle Stix and serves as Middle School Director for the Longhorn Youth program.

Coach Wakely brings a lifelong passion for lacrosse, playing from youth through high school in Baldwinsville, NY and Charlottesville, VA. Kristyn then went onto play at the collegiate level as a midfielder at Christopher Newport University. She adds strong coaching experience across club programs and previous varsity roles in both Virginia and Georgia. After stepping away to raise her young family, Kristyn is excited to return to the sidelines and rejoin the varsity level.
