2031 man.. last year this was the team that struggled the most. Honestly Monte and I were just trying to make a team for Malachi Lyles lol. What was once our weakest team quickly became the face of the program. Man I can’t give these people enough credit for coming through. We had to drag Jaiden Beasley off our B team. Almost lost The truth to the Celtics. Half our original team quit before the season even started. Yet this was one of the best seasons any YB team has put together. More importantly, I saw the growth in every single kid. Idk what the future holds with this group, but if they have it in them to stick together one more year, I think we will win all the close games we lost this year. I wanna personally thank every kid and parent who gave the YB class of 2030 a chance this summer. Even if you aren’t in this picture please know I am thinking about you too! This was a tough season for this group. A lot of highs and lows. We basically didn’t find key pieces till midway through the year. Players coming and going constantly.. But the main thing is, we survived a season nobody expected us to survive. This team was the definition of adversity. I am proud to be a part of this group.. I want to give another shoutout to Coach Baldree who has done more than enough to help me lead this group of boys. I really hope to get these kids back next summer and we will make some noise. You gotta battle adversity before you can really enjoy the success. You will see a lot of pretenders pop up, but they’ll never be YB… 🌎

5th grade class of 2033 boys went to Tennessee and took home a national championship! 7th grade class of 2031 boys finished in the final 4 down in Augusta in a TOUGH finale! You win some and lose some. Regardless the future is bright for our boys classes 2033 through 2029!

Wow happy birthday to my boss man Ej Young you are the greatest boss man ever. Thank you for hiring me even though I only have a GED. Thank you for not firing me when I fail you. Everything I do is for you boss man. I want to be just like you when I grow up. I hope you have a great time in Nashville boss man.
