How to properly use our new Megamass Linear Row.
3 different variations
1) Upper Back Row with elbows at 90 degrees
(Traps/rhomboids/rear delts/very little lats, if any)
2) Mid Back Row with elbows at 45 degrees
(Traps/rhomboids/rear delts/little bit of upper lats)
3) Lat Row with elbows tucked at your side
(Lats/some rhomboids)

Yes there is some varying degree of bicep activation and overall back activation in all variations. I’m just listing what’s mainly being targeted
