If you’ve ever wondered why our TRX classes are some of the most popular on our schedule, here’s your answer. 💪

TRX is more than just suspension training, it’s a full-body workout designed to help you build strength, improve balance, increase core stability and challenge your body in new ways.

Each class combines TRX straps, bodyweight movements, free weights and circuit-style exercises into a coach-led workout that’s already planned out for you. No guesswork. No wondering what to do next. Just show up and get to work.

One of the things we love most? TRX can be modified for all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or looking for your next challenge, our coaches help you find the right intensity for you.

And perhaps the biggest benefit of all: consistency. Having a coach, a plan and a supportive community makes it easier to keep showing up and that’s where real results happen.

It’s back for another summer. 💪☀️ Coach Colton’s Youth Training Program is officially underway, helping local kids build strength, improve speed and agility, develop confidence and stay active all summer long.

More than just a workout, this program is about creating healthy habits, making friends and learning the value of hard work in a fun and supportive environment.

📅 June 8 – August 26
⏰ Mondays at 8:00 AM & Wednesdays at 2:45 PM
💲 $150/month or $375 for the full summer

Class Schedule Clarification 🚨 We’ve gotten a few questions about whether we offer a Wednesday 5:00 PM TRX Total Body Burn class, so we wanted to clear things up!

While we do not currently have a Wednesday 5:00 PM TRX Total Body Burn class, we do offer Yoga at 5:30 PM every Wednesday evening. 🧘‍♀️

And honestly, we all need an active rest day every now and then. 😉 Balance is part of the journey, too.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility or simply move your body, we have a class for you throughout the week.

First class is FREE!
