In Cluj-Napoca, Romania, you can pay for your bus ticket by doing 20 squats. A device measures the squats and issues a bus ticket valid for a trip in the CTP Cluj Napoca network (urban area). Disabled and elderly people can ride for free.

🙌Bob and Brad concur!! 👍 I know I harp a lot about eliminating forward head carriage, stacking ears over shoulders and drawing chin back; with the grapefruit space between chin and chest.

Neck Pain? When you look at your posture from the side your ear should line up directly over the shoulder. Every inch forward equates to an extra 10 lbs of pressure on the neck. 3" = 30Lbs! That is why we like chin tucks.
