A little peak of what we do during my boxing classes. Thursdays and Fridays at 4pm and Saturdays at 715am. This is not cardio boxing!!! You will be instructed on how to box on day one. You will be sparring day one. All ages welcome. Let’s go Warriors!!!!!!!

Guys I feel this relates to me and my life. I'm sure there are many of you that can say the same. I have felt like this lion throughout these recent years and I plan to respond the same way he did for the rest of my life. That's the marking of a true Warrior. Like David Goggins says “They Dont know me son!!!!!!”

Starting this Monday at 10:00, we are conducting our first Stretch for Strength class. It is a Pilates-based workout that emphasizes on core, posture, balance, and stretch.
$10/class. First class free!

Warriors come in all ages. Come and join Junior Warrior classes every other Saturday from 9:45-10:30 am.
