Proud of these boys for putting in the work, racing hard, and never giving up! ❤️🏁

😴 Today’s agenda: SLEEP IN, sit on the beach, go fishing, and do absolutely nothing productive. 😂☀️🎣

After all that racing, these boys have officially earned a day of doing… well, pretty much nothing! 😂🏁 They deserve it! ❤️

Results from Norton Mini Speedway 7/25/26

Rex:
Heat 1-1st 🥇
Heat 2- 4th
Feature- 3rd 🥉
He drove his butt off and we are so proud of him! He gets better and better each race. 🙌👏🏻🏁 Way to go, Rexy Boy!

Max:
Heat 1-1st 🥇
Heat 2- 1st 🥇
Feature-It wasn’t the finish we were hoping for today.😟

Max had to pull himself off the track after his blood sugar dropped too low. As much as every racer wants to push through, he made the smartest and bravest decision he could by putting his health first. He chose to protect himself and the other 7 racers on the track—very mature.

Type 1 Diabetes doesn’t care if it’s race day. It doesn’t care how prepared you are or how badly you want to finish. Sometimes it changes the game in an instant.

We’re incredibly proud of Max—not because of where he finished, but because he recognized what was happening, made the right call, and took care of himself. That’s a victory we’ll celebrate every time. 👏🏻💪🏻
