Another fun Friday Night Lights rang in week two of the 2025 CrossFit Open!

Join us this Friday for the final week! Our theme is St. Patrick’s Day and we will be hosting a potluck after the heats. One bonus point will be awarded for everyone who brings a dish/drinks to pass.

The 2025 CrossFit Open is upon us and this year we are making it a team competition!

Everyone was assigned a team, led by one of our coaches.

Points are earned in various ways throughout each week. Maximum points are earned by attending and doing the workout with the community at Friday Night Lights!

The fun starts this Friday, 2/28, with team color night. See you there!
