Sherwood Forest is a not for profit organization dedicated to the world of archery, located in Sussex, WI. The club grounds are equipped with an indoor range, outdoor practice range, and (42 station) 3-D course. Clubhouse is furnished with the amenities of home, to name a few: heat, bathrooms, couches, fireplace, kitchen, and bar. Sherwood Forest is a private club; however shooting events are open to the public. Individuals seeking to become a member can download and print an application found on the Member Info page. Directions for becoming a member are also located on the Member Info page. The club appreciates you viewing the website with hopes you'll visit and take in the Sherwood Forest experience.

The Bowhunter's Warm-Up has come and gone for 2026. I would personally like to thank club President Dan Neumer, secretary Jon Good, and treasurer Justin Pavloski for allowing me to go a different direction this year. I would also like to thank all of our dedicated club members for all of their help in the prep for the shoot. Our new house band Whiskey Bound for providing the awesome entertainment on Saturday night. Most of all our sponsors....BK3 Archery, Zien Mechanical, Westown Archery, Beast Gear and all of the great people that donated raffle baskets. We will see you next year, bigger and better than ever!

Registration for the Bowhunter's Warm-Up is open, breakfast is served hot and made to order, and the second pig is on the smoker! Our team got it going early so pork dinners will be ready at noon.

This guy is getting pulled apart right now. Pork dinners are served at 3pm with your choice of 2 sides. Come get it!

It's here! Sherwood Forest Bowhunter's Warm-Up 2026! The fun starts tonight at dusk with our 'C**n Shoot. We go rain or shine! Saturday registration opens @ 8am breakfast will be available. 40 targets, kids shoot, cloud shoot, steel deer challenge for an awesome blind and chair! Pig roast served @ 3pm, basket raffle @ 4pm. Then Whiskey Bound will rock the place starting at 5pm-9pm. Flagship bow raffle, kids bow raffle, Beast Gear Tree stand package raffle all happening Sunday! Registration Sunday 8am-4pm, raffle at 4:30pm

Good morning Sherwood Family! It has been a long hot summer so far! We are about 3 1/2 weeks out from our annual Bowhunters Warm Up! There will be many opportunities for members to get work hours in leading up to and during the event. There will be a sign up genius getting posted for these opportunities. We are still in need of raffle baskets and prizes for Saturday and Sunday of the event. If you or your company, or someone you know, would like to donate a basket or prize, please let Bob Reinhardt know or drop it at the club and I will collect it. This is our big fundraiser for the year and we are expecting a good crowd! Let's make this a great eventfor all!!!
