Junior Quinton Frampton spent the last week at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, for their father-son camp and technique wrestling camps. He served as a camp counselor for the high school athletes who were attending.

The team travelled to Camp Archbald this Saturday morning to help set up camp for the Girl Scouts. They helped prepare for their camping season by setting tents up, carrying the cots inside, and clearing brush for the campsites.

Members of the team travelled to Pocono Mountain West today to compete in the MAWA district championships in the open age division. Coach Moore came out of retirement to win the heavyweight division, along with Nero Bono claiming the gold at 190 lbs. Every member of the team won matches and all placed top four in their respective weight classes to complete a good day of wrestling.
