Hi Everyone,
It's Senior Week and we have a lot going on! Please make sure to read everything. We could still use some help with ice cream donations and help on Friday afternoon.

Monday, October 26th
Social Media Posts Begin! Check out Facebook and Instagram. The seniors will be featured all week. I'm still missing answers from Jayden, Davion, Harlen, Blake, and Averitt. Senior Answers
After Football Class — Donuts
If you are helping pass out, please meet in the office at 10:30 because you will need to sign in. Class gets out at 10:45 and they have to be to their next class at 10:50. Let the office know that the seniors are in their football class and they will be able to tell you where to go. Coach Z knows that you are coming.
6:00 PM — Decorate the Locker Room
Please meet at Shadow Ridge near the entrance to the field to decorate the locker room. Bring your son's poster and double-sided tape to hang it. If you can bring extra scissors to help with other decorations, that would be great!
Tuesday, October 27th
5:10 PM — Root B**r Floats After Practice
We will pass out root b**r floats after practice. Please meet at 5:10 near the entrance of the field. We still need donations of ice cream.
Wednesday, October 28th
5:10 PM — Cupcakes After Practice
We will pass out cupcakes after practice. Please meet at 5:10 pm near the entrance to the field.
Thursday, October 29th
After Practice — Pizza Party & Awards-Around 4:30-5. I will send a more concise time as we get closer to Thursday.
We will celebrate the boys with a pizza party and awards after practice. PARENTS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND!
Friday, October 30th — SENIOR NIGHT!
The senior video will be posted on social media.
2:45 PM — Team Meal, Snack Packs & Posters
We will pass out the snack packs and place the senior posters and balloons along the walkway. We could use lots of help!
5:00 PM — Senior Night Setup & Assistance
We need help with gifts, ribbons, and other miscellaneous tasks. Please sign up if you are available.
Senior Night Recognition Schedule
5:45 PM: Ticket gates open for parents.
6:00 PM: Everyone who is walking on the field will arrive. Moms will receive their ribbons.
6:12 PM: Begin lining up seniors and distributing gifts-Please line up in increasing jersey number order.
6:20 PM: Football senior recognition and walk.
After football: Sports medicine, band, and pom recognition.
6:50 PM: Field must be cleared.
Halftime: Cheer senior recognition and walk.
