Today Was a Very Special day as we got to Celebrate our very own Coach Rhino’s Birthday, He’s the one who saw a vision way back in 2011 & Opened the Doors to our Home Away from Home Celsius.

Coach Ryan is the type of person who would do anything for his members, they become his family & throughout the many years he has seen members come & go but he always holds the door open when they return, even if its just dropping in to say hello.

Truth is our gym wouldn’t be the same without his face greeting you for the morning classes & his country play lists and the horrible Hu radio station…. But if you ask him nicely he may put on some good music to lift to, lol.

Coach Rhino, we want to wish you the Happiest Birthdays & a Year Filled with Heavy Weights, sled pushes & some new playlists… Happy Birthday 🎉🥳

She’s no stranger to the Running World…many hours, long runs, months of prep time, early mornings Met with fierce determination all fueled her to give it her all this past weekend at the RockN Roll Half Marathon And she did just that completing another half marathon along with a 5K the day before… you never cease to amaze us with your goals & the unlimited amount of Races you sign up for, we look forward to seeing what 2026 has in store for you! Proud of you 👊🏻

Our gym is better bc of him, He’s the face that always greets you on a Monday Evening & is eager & willing to show you the ropes & ways to improve your lifts/skills.

He’s one of the best guys we know that can come up with strategies to conquer any workout to get the best time & stimulus of the wod. He doesn’t ever shy away from a killer wod to program on a Saturday. He’s your biggest fan & always cheers you on from the sidelines.

Another Round of Shoutouts to two of our Amazing Athletes, We had Take on Marathon #5 & from the looks of all the pictures we have seen with her & all her friends they had a Blast! Lots of smiling, laughing & great photos captured!! We know that this lady probably already has another Marathon on the radar & we can’t wait to see her on the Start line again soon, Way to go Alyssa👊🏻

can never say No to a good ol Spartan race, where she ran not just 1 day but 2, completing both the Sprint & Super this past weekend. This is coming off a Half Marathon just a few weeks prior. Jen you never cease to amaze us with your race schedule & all your hard work! Way to go Jen👊🏻
