We regretfully must cancel this year's Beach Seminar again. With the smoke from the Caldor fire choking everyone and everything, the public areas are closed for the foreseeable future. Please pray for those who have lost everything to these fires, and for the firefighters who are trying to put them out.

We will try again next year: Saturday, Sept. 10.

Movements aren't just movements, strikes come in many ways, but make sure you practice actually hitting something and not just swing or twirl the stick in the air! Apply what you learn and train in the most realistic way you can!
