Hard work doesnt pay off. It may cost you in getting to the next level.
Proper work in the right environment with the right training methodology is what pays off.
What is needed is development training not just training and that is what is lacking in GK training in MOST REGIONS IN THE USA. Anyone can get a gk to sweat.
PARENTS, i am going to create a guide of questions to ask yourself and the goalkeeper to know if you are in the right environment whether private training, group training or camps. Coming soon.

"Catch, Carry, Place".
Those who have trained with me know the importance of this. It helps with visualization and why it expedites the learning curve helping goalkeepers excel with their extension high dives. There is a massive WHY behind this methodology. I see many goalkeepers i have trained in the past that were incredible with it to only see them cover less space, mishandle the ball or mistime their extension high dives training in a different environment, in a different state. It leads to pary saves or block saves. Repetition in drills are only as good as the repetition of coaches external dialogue. It matters. The why behind every session matters.
CARCH, CARRY, PLACE is a staple with our technique, ex*****on, and understanding the purpose.
