Hi Everyone,

My name is Erik and I am the founder of LBI Fit, LBI's best Beach Bootcamp.

I'm proud to say our first sessions of the year will start this Saturday and Sunday at 9 am.

We meet on North 5th St in Surf City

What's required? Just a towel and enough water to last you for an hour workout.

We will have an 8 am session on Thursday. Friday-Sunday sessions will be at 8 and 9 am. Monday, Labor Day, will have one 8 am session. Have a great summer weekend!
