FEELING A LITTLE CREAKY? LET’S UNLOCK YOUR FLOW!
New week. Fresh energy. And a few exciting things happening at!

This week, we’re introducing Unlock Your Flow, a new weekly focus designed to help you move better, feel better, and get a little more comfortable in your own body.

We’re not changing our regular classes. We’re simply bringing a little extra intention to the way we move, recover, and take care of ourselves.

And Wednesday? We’ve got some good stuff happening!
WEDNESDAY SPOTLIGHT: UNLOCK YOUR HIPS at 9 AM
Tight hips? Stiff lower back? Feeling like your body needs a little WD-40? 😂

We’re giving those hips some much-needed attention with movement, mobility, and intentional stretching. Whether you sit all day, stay active, or just feel a little creaky getting out of bed, there’s something here for you.

THE MIDWEEK RESET WITH TIFFANY
6:45 PM Wednesday Evening | Six-Week Series Begins October 21

We’re also kicking off our new six-week restorative yoga and mobility series with Tiffany!

An opportunity to slow down, release tension, reconnect with your body, and create a little breathing room in the middle of your week.
No need to be flexible. No need to have it all together. Just show up and give yourself permission to unwind.

Well, we’re a little late to the party on this one! 😂

But hey, better late than never, right?

Surf City Flow has been nominated for the 2026 Topsail’s Top Choice Awards in 3 categories. Favorite Yoga or Pilates Studio category is the first.

And somehow, we haven’t made a single post asking for your vote. Until now. 🙌🏾

For me, Surf City Flow has always been about more than yoga.

It’s about creating a space where people can show up exactly as they are. A place to move, breathe, reset, connect, laugh, and sometimes just get away from the noise of everyday life.

We’re a small, locally owned studio with a whole lot of heart, and every person who walks through our doors helps make this place what it is.

So, if you’ve ever taken a class with us, joined us on the beach, experienced a sound bath, or simply felt welcomed into our little community, we’d love your support.

Not everything needs your energy today.

Not every text needs an immediate response.
Not every problem needs to be solved right now.

Not every opinion deserves your attention.
Not every invitation requires a yes.

Your energy is valuable.

Where you place it matters.

Sometimes self-care looks less like adding another thing to your routine and more like deciding what you’re no longer available for.

More space.
More breath.
More intention.
Less carrying what was never yours to hold.

So today, before you give your energy away, ask yourself:

Does this really need me right now?

Protect your peace. Honor your capacity. And save some of that energy for you.
