Late post, last weekend we competed in the Flying Pig BBQ Competition in Myrtle Creek, OR, feeling proud and grateful!

Out of 32 teams, we brought home:
14th Place Chicken
8th Place Ribs
8th Place Pork
15th Place Brisket
🏆 9th Overall

So much hard work goes into competition BBQ, and this weekend was one to remember. From prep work to turn-ins, long days, little sleep, and a whole lot of smoke, every minute was worth it.

Thank you to everyone who supported us, stopped by, and followed along this weekend. We appreciate every single one of you! Now it’s time to head home, rest up, and start planning for the next competition. 🔥🙌

We had a great weekend at the Spring Fair BBQ Playoffs🔥
Out of 35 teams we placed:
🥩 Brisket – 15th
🍗 Chicken – 10th
🦴 Ribs – 9th
🐷Pork - 18th
🏆 Overall – 10th

We’re proud of this one! Stayed consistent across the board and competed with some strong teams.

Thank you to Erin Vanderhoof and Keith Vanderhoof, without their help would have been really tough. Jason Hertz and Alta Hertz, you guys are awesome and really appreciate all you do, and thank you to Smokin Iron Fabrication, your drums are amazing.

Appreciate everyone who came out and supported us, this is just the beginning for the season 🔥 Stay tuned for next event!!
