Haunting on Hammond returns for its third year! 🎃

Roads will be shut down on Hammond Avenue from Belknap Street to N. 28th Street for an evening of trick-or-treating, with Hammond Park transforming into the heart of Superior’s Halloween festivities.

We encourage families to gather at Hammond Park to enjoy the haunted maze, food trucks, music, and trick-or-treating in the park and down Hammond Avenue.

📢 IMPORTANT DOC’S GYM POLICY UPDATE

We want to give everyone a heads-up about an upcoming change at Doc’s Gym.

Due to ongoing issues with unauthorized guests, members sneaking people into the gym, and repeated problems involving some of our younger members, we’ve made the difficult decision that going forward, Doc’s Gym will be 18+ for new memberships.

🖤 We want to make one thing very clear: our current members under 18 who are following the gym rules and respecting the facility will NOT be affected by this change. They are welcome to continue their memberships as they currently do.

This policy will apply to new members going forward.

We know this may be disappointing for some families, and this is not a decision we made lightly. We truly appreciate all of our younger members who have followed the rules and treated the gym with respect. Unfortunately, the repeated issues have reached a point where we need to make a change to protect the atmosphere, security, and experience we’re trying to provide for everyone.

This is not about punishing the younger members who have been doing everything right. We appreciate those members and are happy to have them continue being part of the Doc’s Gym family.

We’re a small, locally owned gym, and our goal has always been to create a place where people can come in, work hard, feel comfortable, and be part of the community.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we make this change. 🖤

We got some cool events coming up next month!

Oct 29th is our Raise the Dead Deadlift competition. Mens and Womens catagories. Prizes awarded to the top 3 in each catagory. Open to both members and non members!

Oct 30th is our Trunk -0- Treat and Costume contest.
Free guest passes until 6pm! Dress up, bring a friend and get a pump! Costume contest winners will be announced at 6pm.

Docs 30 day challenge
Post your spookiest lifts during the month of October and tag the gym. Up to 5 entries per person (must tag the gym). At the end of the month, we will randomly select and annouce the grand prize winner!
