Look at these two scapulas.
Same bone. Completely different shape.
The angle of the acromion. The orientation of the glenoid. The way the entire shoulder complex is positioned before a single rep is ever performed.
These differences are real — and they’re invisible from the outside.
Yet most shoulder programming ignores them entirely. We cue the same positions, demand the same ranges, and then wonder why some clients struggle with movements that feel effortless to others.
