Emphasis is placed on the learning of physical and verbal skills for self-defense. Students learn break-aways & defense techniques for close contact (being grabbed). Weekly safety awareness information addresses the lures strangers use to attract and abduct children and teens! Students progress in rank and learn their belts! Young Champions, the leader in youth recreational programs, has provided

youth with the best Instructors and Coaches throughout the nation since 1987. Instructors and Coaches employ age-appropriate teaching methods which make learning fun and successful so all students learn skills and gain self-confidence!
