KravZone KravZone is Bay Area's Krav Maga, Mixed Martial Arts, and Fitness Center

KravZone founded by Shlomi Katz, ex special forces and the chief instructor of the Lotar- the IDF's counter terror unite. Krav Maga, is the most effective self defense technique, developed in the Israeli army and has been widely adopted worldwide by law enforcement agencies and civilians. KravZone offers Krav Maga (Self Defense), MMA, Fitness and Boot Camp classes for adults, teens and kids of all ages, from beginners through professionals.
