The Garden of the Riches - an amazing book by Rabbi Shalom Arush - wow, if I read this before I got married, I’d still be married. So wifey number 2 whomever she might be is getting the upgrade.

Shaar HaBitachon (Gate of Trust) by Chovot HaLevavot also published by ArtScroll, written in the 11th century, this book will bullet proof your soul.

A Day To Create Yourself - .rabbigoldstein - I have my younger kids read paragraphs every Shabbat from this book. Shabbat is a joy not a burden.

The Temple Within by - reading how the Holy Temple in Jerusalem connects to each us, may it be rebuilt soon within our days.

The 100 Deadly Skills (Combat Edition) by colleague and former Navy SEAL Clint Emerson and featuring friend
I know what you are thinking, how does this book fit in with the others? Well it does say in the Torah Deut 4:15- “And you shall guard your life very carefully”, so this book is a good blueprint for doing so.
