Here is an example of an article with itty bitty amounts of truth yet sent to the masses with recommendations from a government entity that has the lowest common denominator of society in mind.

CDC recommendations for exercise are directed at the novice level fitness enthusiast or sedentary individual. Yes, even an advanced athlete can over train and lower their immunity but know your body and limits.

There is such a thing as getting too much exercise. And overdoing it could do more harm than good (and not just during the coronavirus pandemic).
