I used to live NUMB 
COMFORTABLE, PURPOSELESS, DRIFTING.

Feeding INSECURITY and calling it “life.”
My BODY showed what my SPIRIT was hiding.

Then GOD HUMBLED me.

And I humbled myself enough to get HELP.
Shoutout to my COACH ….the PUSH that changed my DIRECTION.

This TRANSFORMATION hasn’t just been a PHYSICAL one but also a SPIRITUAL one. 

A renewing of my MIND.

A return to PURPOSE.
