Saturday Training starts this Saturday (2/1). 11AM-1PM, students will train sparring, form, kicking, & extra training to improve.
Sign up at the front desk. Our Saturday Trainings have helped students improve on speed, agility, stamina, & technique overall. We have opened up this program for any students who want to improve on their techniques and be prepared for competitions at any time. Some activities we had included were jump roping, 5 minute running, & technique training. Students will also train sparring during these sessions as well as form.
