Congratulations to the 2025-26 Susquehanna Valley Hockey League champions, the Predators!

Game 3 was very competitive and took overtime to decide. The final score was 5-4.

This is the 6th SVHL title for the Predators.

9/30 league meeting notes:

There are 9 teams this season. The season will be comprised of 16 regular season games, followed by playoffs. The top 5 teams in regular season standings will qualify for playoffs.

Periods will be 20 minutes, a change from the past few seasons of 15. Per game, each team owes $345, which is $275 for ice, $60 for referee and $10 for scorekeeper.

Players must play a minimum of 8 games (half the regular season) to be playoff eligible. Game sign in sheets will continue to be enforced and must be signed by each player individually before each game. Players may only play for one team (exception for goalies).

The season will begin on Friday, October 17.
