The mighty 8u Pink Galaxy played in the 10u little league mkp league and went 9-0 taking home first place in the league and winning the tournament!! For a team of first timers they went above and beyond expectations! Each player got multiple innings of pitching!! lightning bolt stickers for stolen bases and the royal crown for the “Pop up Queen” we had fun!! learned to steal and bunt and relied on our strong fundamentals!

Do it lady!

My goodness, what a weekend! These girls played their hearts out!! We went into bracket play today with a 1-1 pool play record as the 7 seed. Each game the girls showed up and showed out and, after playing and winning 3 games in a row (including one intense game that went into extra innings) We went on to play our 4th and final game of the day for the CHAMPIONSHIP against the 1 seed!! While they didn’t win that game, they never once stopped fighting! They walked away with their very first rings and smiles on their faces for a job well done and a much-earned runner-up position. Coaches and family can’t stop raving about each and every player on our team and how far we’ve come in such a short period of time! Meet you on the other side of the snow!

As our season comes to an end we smile from all the fun we had! Thank you parents for your dedication. Some girls moving up to 10u but strong core staying at 8u to continue getting reps and grow their game! Watch out 2025 these Eagles are not who you will want on your Sunday bracket!
