-Takes orders from customers
-Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
-Serves wine and draught or bottled beer.
-Collects money for drinks served.
-Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
-Replenishes bar snacks and beverages.
-Performs all other duties as may be assigned.
-Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
-Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
-Totals bill and accepts payment.
-Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
-Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events.
-Assist with set-up and tear down of tables, linens, chairs, etc... for full service of banquet events.
-Review and understand Banquet Event Sheet.
-Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
-Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
-Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for the overall productivity of banquet events.

Line Cooks will aid in preparation of all food items on the restaurant and banquet menus, while maintaining the company’s standard of excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Prepare a variety of food items from restaurant and banquet menus.
-Execute prep work to ensure kitchen is properly stocked for the day/week.
-Communicate with other kitchen staff to effectively complete tasks.
-Maintain a clean work area, as well as other storage/prep areas.
Ensure all equipment is in clean and working order.
-Comply to all safety and health code regulations.
-Ensure all product is properly dated and rotated.
-Perform all other duties as designated by supervisor.
-Other Skills/Qualifications:

-Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
-Ability to stand and work for long periods of time.
-Knowledge of kitchen equipment and other various parts of kitchen.
-Ability to multi task and perform in high stress situations.
-Complete opening and closing procedures as designated by supervisor.
-Flexibility; weekend and holiday shifts are expected.
-Education and/or Experience:

1-2 years relevant experience preferred; training may be provided to those with less experience.

Golf Cart Attendant

NorthStarGolf Resort continually strives to be known for outstanding service and friendliness, this is our top priority in all positions. We are currently seeing a part time Outside Operations Attendant located in Sunbury, OH.

Responsibilities:
· Maintain golf cart fleet
· Prepare/Stage golf carts
· Maintain cleanliness of the practice facility
· Perform all tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, sit, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds
Must have good vision and coordination required for driving and operating assigned equipment
Must be able to work outside and may exposed to the weather, pollen, dust, and insects
