PSA: Nora will be on vacation beginning Thursday 7/30. There will be 9:00 am Balance and Strength class only Monday 7/27 and Wednesday 7/29 next week. Classes will resume Wednesday 8/12.

It’s May! Join us for Balance and Strength classes every Mon/Wed/Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. Feelin’ PHAT Fitness is a fun, judgement-free studio in Newbury, NH. Every workout varies in format and equipment! Drop-ins welcome for $15 or buy a 10-pack of classes for $100.

Nora’s Balance and Strength classes will resume at Feelin’ PHAT studio in Newbury on Monday 4/20/26:

- Mon/Wed/Friday at 9:00 a.m.
- Every class varies with a variety of equipment (balls, bands, weights, TRX, etc.) focusing on strength, balance and mobility.
- Equipment and mats provided. Participants just need to bring sneakers, water bottles and enthusiastic attitudes.
- All levels and abilities are welcome. Modifications are always provided.
- $15 drop-in fee or $100 for 10-pack (leftover classes from 2025 honored)
