Sun Valley SEF - XC Gold Team Professional cross country ski racing team based out of Sun Valley, Idaho as part of the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation.

Our primary goals are international success and promoting the sport of cross country skiing.

As much as we’d love to rollerski on icy/snowy roads, we decided to take it inside for a super productive interval day on our treadmills. We’re lucky to have these tools in our training quiver. Now we’re just waiting for the snow really stick around so we can do what we do best. ❄️📈🫡

Saturdays are for the 20 mile runs. Yesterday the Gold Team + the summer training group got into the Sawtooth Mountains to run one of our favorite loops, Alice-Toxaway. The access to the outdoors here in the Sun Valley area is truly unmatched and we’re stoked to spend so much time training in these mountains.
