SCHEDULE UPDATE!

Spots are moving.

Here’s where we’re at right now:

Adult small group — morning sessions have availability, but spots are limited.

Evening small group — full. Reach out to get on the waitlist and you’ll hear first when something opens.

Youth athletes — 1-on-1 coaching has availability right now. Small group is currently unavailable, but we’re expanding this summer These sessions will be extremely limited.

Current 1-on-1 athletes get first access to summer sessions — first come, first served, so if you’re interested get in now for 1-on-1 sessions to secure your spot in our small@group sessions this summer.

We’re stepping off with Capital City Ruck Club. Pack on, show up, move. All levels welcome — this is a community event.

Free. Open to everyone. Whether you’re new to the bar or want to dial in your technique come learn and lift with us.

Morning small group sessions are open for adults right now(limited availability), evening sessions full.

Athletes — we’re taking 1-on-1 clients, no access to small group training right now. 1-on-1 is your path into our summer small group programming. The window to get in is now. Athletes new to the small group training will be required to attend 1-on-1 sessions before enrolling.
