75 Years of Archery Excellence

Bohning celebrated 75 years of serving the archery community in 2021. Bohning has engineered, manufactured, and shipped its products from the same location east of Lake City, Michigan since 1946. The company was started by Rollin Bohning, who was a chemist and archer. He developed many adhesive products while working with Doug Easton and Fred Bear throughout the 1940’s, 50’s, and 60’s. His daughter Martha and son-in-law Colby Johnson took over the operations in the 1970’s and the product line continued to expand, especially in bowhunting products. Since the late 1980’s Bohning has developed and launched many new innovative products. Our seasoned and experienced associates have expanded the Bohning line to include vanes, nocks, fletching jigs, and many other archery accessories.

The Bohning Team lives, works, and serves the archer from one of the most beautiful places on the earth. The company tradition and building principles have not changed – “We build to the highest quality standards, products that our customers demand and use to fulfill life-long dreams on the range or in the field.”

South Carolina Senior Sports Classic Community,

We are looking forward to another year of events, competition, and fun! This year, there are 4 billboards across the Carolinas, and we have a little friendly competition to get things kicked off!

Follow us on social media - Facebook and/or Instagram and comment on our post, about the location of the billboard you found! There will be one winner for each billboard (the first person to comment on the location) and your prize can be collected at the games in April/May!

Last weekend was our SC Indoor State Championship - USA Archery and my 4th indoor this year. And there is one more to go.

A big thank you to Point on Archery club of Rock Hill, SC for hosting such an awesome event.

Now to the old man group, from Left to right, James, Steven (me), Brian and Ryan. You know you are in a great group when you're laughing every end. Thanks guys.

When I served in the Army, my life was in the hands of black, brown, red, yellow and white toned people.
We were friends, we were combatants, we were Battle Buddies and we had each others six when the hammer slammed the anvil.
We trained, we sweated and we bled together. We came together from all parts of the country; we came together from all religions.
We were a society unto ourselves.
We worked as a team, a well oiled machine.
We fought for our brothers and sisters through thick and thin. We protected each other, that was what we did. The only color we saw was OD Green....
Would my battles/brothers/sisters be willing to copy and repost this simple reminder?
