Another old-school classic added to the lineup. The Bodymasters MD 213 Row 🔥

A true old-school classic with a natural rowing movement and an incredible squeeze that’s hard to beat!

Mr. Lee testing it out while getting in some final training before hitting the stage this weekend! At 67 years young, he’s heading into his 34th consecutive year of competing without missing a single year! Truly incredible!

Wishing Mr. Lee the best of luck this weekend and be sure to give the new row machine a try next time you’re in!

Introducing the Nautilus 1st Gen Double Shoulder 🔥

This is one of the best old school pieces you can find, made with a pre-exhaustion concept by Arthur Jones in the 70’s. The idea behind this is to pre-exhaust lateral raises then immediately follow with a superset of neutral grip shoulder press without having to get up off the machine.

They just don’t make machines like this anymore. Swipe to see the one and only Ronnie Coleman demonstrate how it’s done!
