We want to promote a family friendly atmosphere where everyone enjoys training, learns to better themselves, and gains a confidence that applies to all aspects of life. Our class schedule is as follows:
Kids aged 6-8 y/o
Tuesday and Thursday 5:00-6:00 pm

Kids aged 9-13 y/o
Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:00 pm

Adults of any age
Tuesday and Thursday 7:00-8:30 pm
Saturday 9:00-11:30 am
