🎃🍂 WE ASKED OUR RUNNERS! 🍂🎃

October is full of fall favorites, so we hit the course and asked our runners:

“What is your favorite food and/or drink in the month of October?” ☕🍎🥧🍺🎃

And they definitely had some favorites! 😂

From cozy fall drinks to comfort foods and seasonal treats, here’s what our runners had to say! 👇

Now it’s YOUR turn! What’s the one food or drink that just screams October to you? Drop your answer in the comments! 🍁

We might just have to try a few of your suggestions. 😉

🍂🏃‍♀️ WHAT A DAY AT THE PUYALLUP VALLEY FALL HARVEST 5K! 🏃‍♂️🍎🍺

This race had a little bit of EVERYTHING — and that’s exactly how we like it! ❤️

We had runners and walkers, young and old, friends and families, and plenty of people cheering everyone on from the sidelines! 🙌

And because it’s the Fall Harvest 5K, there may have been a little extra motivation to keep those laps moving… 🍎🍺 c***r and b**r samples in between laps! 😂

But one of our favorite moments of the day?

🏆 Our very first finisher across the line was a 14-YEAR-OLD who was running his FIRST-EVER race! 🎉👏

Talk about setting the bar high for race #1! 😎

That’s what we love about these events. You don’t have to be the fastest. You don’t have to be an experienced runner. You just have to show up, have some fun, cheer each other on and make some memories along the way.

🎟️ And don’t forget to check out the photos of some of our raffle prize winners! We loved getting to send a few of you home with some extra goodies! 🎁🏆

A HUGE thank you to everyone who ran, walked, volunteered, cheered, sampled 🍻🍎 and helped make the Puyallup Valley Fall Harvest 5K such a fun day!

📸 Scroll through the photos, tag yourself and your friends, and drop your favorite race-day memory in the comments!

Until the next starting line… 🏁❤️

Good Morning from the Tri-Cities! ☀️🏃‍♀️

What a beautiful morning here in Eastern Washington!

ATFS! is on the road today for a timing event, and WOW, what a beautiful trail we've found! 😍

Of course, you know how my brain works… maybe we should host a race here in 2027? 🤔 Or just maybe this would make a fantastic destination adventure for our ATFS! club members!

Either way, the wheels are turning! 😂

Enjoy your Saturday, get outside, explore somewhere new, and don't forget to spread a little kindness along the way! 💚

Until then, Stay Safe, Stay Healthy, & Happy Running!

🎄💚 SWAG DROP THURSDAY IS ALL ABOUT THE GRINCHES! 💚🎄

Get ready, Puyallup! It's almost time to turn our little corner of the Upper Left of the PNW into WHOVILLE! 🎅💚

Join us on Sunday, December 6th, for our Annual Grinch 5K, Toy Drive & Pancake Breakfast! 🥞🎁 See the website for more information!

We're talking Grinches, Whos, holiday cheer, pancakes, and a whole lot of FUN!

🥞 Our Pancake Breakfast benefits the Skoolie Foundation, helping them continue the amazing work they do for those in need right here in our community! ❤️

And don't forget those toys! We're spreading a little kindness and making the holidays brighter for others.

🎃🐾 HOWL-O-WEEN WAS PAW-SOME!

What a FUN morning at Bradley Lake Park! A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for this year’s Howl-O-Ween Dog Run/Walk! 🐕👟

From our tiniest trick-or-treaters to our biggest four-legged runners, we loved seeing so many pups and their humans out enjoying the trails, costumes, and Halloween fun. 👻🐶

🏅 Miles were walked and run
🎃 Costumes were AMAZING
🐾 Tails were wagging
❤️ Memories were made

And a special thank you to Firehouse Pets for providing our prizes and doggie bags! As well as everyone who contributed to our pet food drive benefiting Metro Animal Services. Thank you Tractor Supply of Yelm for the Pet Good donation! We love when our events can bring people together AND give back to our community.

Of course, we have to give a shout-out to all of our Howl-O-Ween costume contestants! You made choosing the Funniest, Spookiest, and Best Dog & Owner Combo a tough job! 😂👻🐕

Thank you to our participants, volunteers, supporters, and everyone who helped make Howl-O-Ween such a fun morning.

📸 Now we want to see YOUR photos!
Drop your favorite Howl-O-Ween pictures in the comments below! 👇🐾

Join us in wishing our amazing ATFS! Ambassador Kim the happiest of birthdays! 🥳
From helping at check-in to sharing smiles and encouragement out on the course, Kim is such an important part of what makes race day FUN! We are so grateful for all she does and the positive energy she brings to our ATFS! family! ❤️
And just a little fun fact… apparently, KIM is a pretty popular name around ATFS! We have FOUR of us! 🤣 I guess you can never have too many Kims running around!
Happy Birthday, Kim! We hope your day is filled with laughter, love, and all the wonderful things you deserve! 🎂❤️
Have a RUNTASTIC Birthday! 🏃‍♀️🎉
