Sumner CrossFit is hosting a booth at Red, White, and Vroom this year! Join us on Thursday July 4th at Pioneer Park in Puyallup for lots of food, games, and festivities. Our booth will include LMNT products, water bottles, shirts and contests with prizes! We will be there from 12-6pm. Ask us about our coach led classes where people find community and the support they need to finally change their life for the better!

May is a big month. We have "Murph" coming up at the end of the month. As the Sun comes out, it's an opportunity to find new challenges and adaptations.

Notice that we have a May challenge (please read the notes.on the board) and two extra credit opportunities. The first extra credit challenge is just once a week and the second extra credit opportunity is once any time this month.

Cari Olsen continues to lead by example taking her second challenge month win in a row with 17 days running two 50m sprints! Hell yeah!

Jessalyn was the runner up with 16 days. Both of them have got the 6pm class and the gym on "lock down!" Awesome!
