These girls are the perfect combination: kind, courageous, and determined. It is these qualities that have made them a staple in the weight room during their high school careers and will launch them to new heights in the future. SF is proud to call you our own.

Last Fun Friday of the summer and the kids got after it outside again. This time with tires of all shapes and sizes. As always, they crushed it!

We had a great Friday in the rain and mud. The kids got after multiple team relays and competitions with winning teams pictured. Great job to everyone who embraced the challenge and got better this morning!
