After 25 years of rehabing clients after injuries, we know more now than ever, that continuing to train after an injury—safely and appropriately—is essential for recovery and long-term health.

When you stop all activity, muscles weaken, joints stiffen, and circulation slows, which can delay healing and increase the risk of re-injury once you return to normal activity. Modified training helps maintain strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness while promoting blood flow to injured tissues, which supports the repair process.
