ike Pilates and Yoga, massage, nutritional counseling and, most importantly, accountability and support. Unlike traditional training, Wellness Studio M’s approach to fitness comes from the Functional Training method which utilizes tools like ropes, kettle bells, sand bags, medicine balls, balance training balls, straps, resistance bands and your body to maximize your workout. Our unique programs can help any body perform daily tasks better and reduce risk of injury – whether you are a competitive athlete, fitness enthusiast, rehabilitating or just starting out. Each session is created based on our clients’ needs and goals.

INTRODUCTION TO STRENGTH TRAINING

Wellness Studio M is offering this Summer Small Group Strength Training (up to 6 people)

This 6-week program is designed for Active Older Adults to build confidence, strength and move better.

We will focus on learning the basics of strength training, including:
✔️ Proper form
✔️ Balance
✔️ Core strength
✔️ Safe progressions

Workout templates (printed & digital) will be provided so you can continue practicing with confidence.

Happy Monday Everyone! Welcome to Wellness Studio M.

We are going strong in May and offering small group (up to 6 people) training sessions.

Meeting on Mondays at 8:30 am (strength training) and Fridays at 8:30 am (cardio conditioning and core).

We are adding additional small group strength training 6 week program this summer (active adults beginning level) meeting on Wednesdays at 8:30 am starting on June 24th.
