Protect your shoulders by strengthening your posterior deltoid💪🏼
How: set up one cable at each side at about chest height, grab the cable to your right with your left hand and grab the cable to your left with your right hand so that your arms are crossed in front of you with palms down, make sure your arms are at full length (slight bend at the elbow) and perform the movement in a slow controlled fashion as above. I typically don’t use a handle I just grab the cable itself.
