Hello friends! It's with a very heavy heart that I let you know that I've decided to take a more permanent break from teaching. It's been a long 7 months since our last classes (and still more to come) and I need to keep my focus on my full-time job and family for now.

I hope you all will continue to find ways to stay active. I'm so thankful our lives crossed and please do stay in touch!

Update from the city on the MPCC... We appreciate them being mindful of having ample staff for sanitizing to keep us all safe.

Hi friends! How are you holding up?? I want to remind you that you can stay active even though classes are closed. It's important for both your physical and mental health! Get outside and go for a walk. Find a yoga, pilates or WERQ video on YouTube. Put on some chill music and do some stretches. Grab 2 canned good and work those arms out! Such a fun day with .sc.ampd, , all of Team SC, and yesterday. The Charleston area has so many instructors and the love, support, and encouragement they show EVERYONE is 🏆. 2 new songs we learned in training will show up in our class lineup very soon! See you in class this week!
